Prince Daddy further diving into thier poppier side and it's resulted in what may be the most summery pop-punk of the year
After being pretty underwhelmed by every Gorillaz project post comeback, this album reminded me what captivated me so much about this band in the past. A worthy successor to Plastic Beach. The Mountain is peak
Seeping with potential, solid EP with an outstanding opening track. Excited to see where they go from here
Super mixed bag that feels too inconsistent for my liking. A few great stand outs that carry the album forward.
I should be upset that Spanish Love Songs are getting more synth infused since it is a far cry from the sound that made me fall in love with the band, but hot damn they haven't missed yet. After the incredible No Joy, Spanish Love Songs deliver 4 excellent tracks with great guest artists and emotionally poignent lyrics. Damn good EP.
Heaven Head is a contender for song of the year.
Another strong showing from one of the best Midwest Emo bands out right now
Very strong AOTY contender. Combining some of that post-rock gravity with the occasional midwest emo twinkle is a very easy sell for me.
Not quite as consistent as their previous works, but has some top tier Hot Mulli tracks.
Hot Mulligan simply can't miss right now.
A very confident outing from CSH. I can't deny that the bands newer work has failed to capture me the way that their early stuff does, but this is a really solid indie rock opera record.
Isn't as consistent as Morbid Stuff and the highs aren't as high as Unravelling, but PUP delivers a classic PUP album that fans of the band will be more than happy with.
The highs are so high, but the lows are... Alright too to be fair.
Student Slasher Film have such well defined sound already, can't wait to see where they go from here
Catchy, punchy Punk music that while a little inconsistent, lands more often than not
Doesn't quite hit the highs of their previous record, but still very solid through and through
