i can’t see why this one isn’t that liked, it’s still very good in my opinion
this was the first album i ever heard and even still it’s just so great, it’s definitely kanye’s best solo album
has some absolutely fantastic songs if you sit through the large amounts of droll shit for it. has the same problem as DAMN. with it’s boring rapping and more Pop-ish feel, the feature list is abhorent and alot of kendrick’s very worst songs on this album.
i don’t really care for anyone else in T.D.E. besides kendrick so this being a collab album with jay rock, aswell as the many absoul features held this back a bit
constantly samples the third best film ever which is appreciated (not surprising considering it’s literally named after it but still)
