This album brought me nostalgia and I feel sentimental about it. The first song 'Dirge' outlines the overall concept of the album. I get the feeling that I am high in the mountains, in an abandoned cabin far from everyone, it brings me the feeling of peace. Maria Manow refers to faith in God and in herself in the song 'Sometimes I Believe in God (Sometimes I Believe in Me)'.
