I first heard "toad (i love you)" on one of his Instagram reels and fell in love with it so I've decided to listen to the rest of the EP.
After listening to the album, I find that "toad" is certainly the outlier in this EP. While "july" is a good song that has a similar vibe to the first song, it doesn't quite hit the same mark. The last two songs on the EP are alright but don't really stand out from any other songs of the same genre. The funky ... read more
I've only listened to Blue's first album "All Rise" and thought it was great. Hopefully this one is just as good. I've listened to the singles from this album but only really liked 2 of them
After listening to the album, I find that most of the songs are passable but don't have any real lasting impact. While I'm happy that they made a new album I just wish that it had more songs that carried some weight.

I have already listened to this album through once and loved a couple songs but found the other songs unmemorable so I thought I'd relisten to it to see if I enjoy the others. I already really liked "Feel The Love", "Fire", "4th Dimension", and "Cudi Montage".
After listening to it, I find that the other tracks are alright. They aren't bad but they're nothing to write home about.

Before listening I had only heard a couple songs and didn't really care for them all that much but I thought I might as well listen to the whole thing.
After listening to the album, I don't understand why so many people rate this so highly. Most of the songs are just bastardisations of the originals. They don't really add anything (outside of a few tracks) and at worst they make the song unlistenable. I probably won't really listen to most of these tracks again as they are ... read more
I haven't listened to much Tame Impala before. I have heard a few tracks from this album and fell in love with them so I thought I'd give the whole thing a listen. After listening to the album I realise that the songs I had fallen in love with were the only bangers on the album. Although "Obsolete" is pretty good so it wasn't all for nothing.

I love the vibe of this whole album. There's only a couple of songs that I don't vibe with but the rest are great.
I decided to listen to Clancy after finding "Routines In The Night" randomly on Spotify and falling in love with it. I've never properly listened to any of their albums so this has been my first experience, I've only really listened to the occasional single and some stuff off of "Blurryface" which was alright. After listening to the album I find that it is broadly unoffensive but also doesn't have any real lasting impression, most of the tracks have a similar ... read more

The Hunting Party marks a return to their original sound while influenced by all that they have learnt throughout the decades but it doesn't quite hit the same. Ultimately, the album is largely forgettable and doesn't have the same impact as their first two albums did.

The only ones I really care about are Pictureboard, She Coudln't, and Could have Been. The rest are pretty mediocre. Most of Mike's lyrics and flow are pretty good but the vocalist that did what would become Chester's parts is really bad imo.

I don't really know why they made this, they could have just released "A LIGHT THAT NEVER COMES" as a single or something rather than making a whole album full of these godawful songs. Also where is the remix of "IN MY REMAINS"? it was my fav off of the last album.

Following Chester's passing, the band didn't know if they would continue. But then they found Emily Armstrong and gelled together pretty well. This is their first album after a 7 year hiatus. It's pretty good. It's nice to see a buzz around Linkin Park again

Linkin Park becomes electronic in this LP. While I didn't initially like the album on a first listen, I soon loved it. There are some bangers on here and the recharged album has "A LIGHT THAT NEVER COMES" which also goes hard.

The most experimental of LPs albums. I had to listen to this album multiple times before I truly began to understand and respect some of the songs on the album. This is probably the most polarising album of theirs with many people loving it and many people hating it. I wish there were more actual songs on the album than ambient tracks. Despite this, the ambient tracks do actually help to bind the songs together, the album almost comes as a story.

Minutes to Midnight further shows the development of LPs sound, this was the album that reignited my love for LP after I stumbled across one of the songs on Spotify. This was the first album that had Rick Rubin as a producer, he came at it with a different angle and basically told the guys to write whatever and then hone it with each other. I think it came out pretty good.
