This is a really good album. I found this album while I was going through Spotify's top metal albums of the year and I've loved a lot of the songs on this album and been listening to it quite a lot. There are a few songs that I love to sing along to. While the album gets a bit worse at the end, this album is really great and I highly recommend it.
This is pretty cool. The music is pretty chill and relaxing but didn't move me. One listen through is probably enough for me. The songs don't really stand out to me for the most part and I probably won't listen to them again unless I don't have anything I want to listen to. There's some cool ideas dotted throughout the album but nothing super astonishing. I don't mind it overall, I just wish it had lyrics or something else to latch onto.
This was a pretty interesting album. This is certainly unique, I've never heard a sound like this. Although, all of the tracks on the album lacked something that made them super memorable or made me want to come back to listen to them again. I don't mind the songs but I wouldn't put them on. I'll probably listen to another of their albums because their sound is actually pretty interesting. Although it did sound like I was listening to Randy Marsh singing at parts lmao. ... read more
To start this review I'd like to start by saying I'm not the biggest fan of Hip Hop anyways so that probably is the main reason I didn't really like a majority of this album. Also, the main thing I prioritise when listening to music is whether or not I would listen to it again, and for a good proportion of this album the answer to that is a big no. There are some bangers on this album which I have had on repeat over and over again but a lot of these songs are not replayable imo. ... read more
This is a pretty cool EP, the final song is definitely the best one imo. The guitar is super intricate in all of the songs and the basslines are pretty cool too. The vocals are also pretty great throughout. I've not listened to much Math Rock outside of the occasional anime opening that is in that style but this was pretty cool, I'll definitely give their other stuff a listen at some point or another.

This album has one of the most divisive looking rating chart I've seen on this site, it's basically a perfect bell chart. I first stumbled upon XXX around 2018, the same time that I first listened to Juice WRLD when tracks like "Moonlight" and "SAD!" were popping off and I liked them then. Since listening to the album a couple years so ago I have really liked a lot of the songs on here. The only songs on here I really don't like are "$$$"( which is ... read more
This album is incredible. I first stumbled across this album after hearing "Glimpse of Us" and fell in love with it. There's a lot of dreamy sounds throughout this album that are just beautiful. "Dissolve" was my most streamed song on Spotify for 2025, I just think it's incredible. The guitar is so great and his vocals have this dream-like quality to them which makes it perfect for late night listening (which is when I listen to this the most or when I'm ... read more
This really is an incredible album, there are so many good songs on here that are so replayable. The only problem I have with this album is "Sticky" and "Balloon". "Balloon" has the goofiest beat ever, and I really cannot listen to it without getting irritated by the beat a little bit. "Sticky" is just a strange song imo, it kinda makes me uncomfortable a bit, there's just a lot of repetitive lyrics and I don't really like the features on it. ... read more
I really like this album. There are some bangers on here but a few mediocre songs hold the rating down a bit. "Hollywood's Bleeding", "Circles", and "Take What You Want" are definitely my favourite tracks on the album. The only songs I didn't really enjoy were "I'm Gonna Be", "Internet", and "Myself". They were just kind of forgettable and didn't really have any lasting impact on me unlike the other songs on the ... read more
This album is incredible. Bruno Mars's vocals are as good as ever and there is a real groovy and funky vibe throughout the whole album. There are some really upbeat songs which always put me in a good mood whenever I listen to them. The only song I really have a problem with is "777", I just don't get the same vibe from it as the other songs on the album. It is alright over all, I don't mind it but it definitely isn't as good as the other songs imo. Overall, this ... read more
I wasn't expecting to like this at all but it actually goes kinda hard ngl. I've been seeing these songs all over the place so I thought I'd listen to the whole mixtape and it slaps. There's only a few songs that I didn't really like but soem bangers. There's something about the combination of his flow (maybe his accent a bit too) and the beats that goes together so we'll to create some top notch stuff.
I really didn't like this album. I have never heard this kind of music before and stumbled across this album randomly so I didn't really have any expectations for the album going into it. Sorry if most of my criticisms are about the genre itself rather than the album itself but I've never heard this genre so I have nothing to compare it to. Most of the songs just devolve into the same screamy sound and the vocals aren't clear at all, most of the songs are very similar and ... read more
There are some absolute bangers on this album. "The Color Violet", "Lady of Namek", and "Hurt From Mercury" are all incredible tracks. Generally, the vocals are incredible on the album. Although, a few of the songs suffer from incredibly repetitive lyrics, tracks like "Midnight's interlude" and "Last Kiss of Nebulon" are generally really good but if they had more diverse lyrics they would be even better. Overall, this is a great album that ... read more
This album has an interesting blend of hype party bangers and some very introspective and reflective songs. The later half has a majority of the more reflective songs but I tended to find them alright or boring apart from "TALES OF DOMINICA", and "SUN GOES DOWN" which are both beautifully created pieces of music which have been on repeat for ages basically since I first heard them. The more upbeat songs like "MONTERO", "INDUSTRY BABY", and "THATS ... read more
I stumbled upon this album after looking through some genres and listened to the whole album back to back. Some songs are pretty peaceful and alright but all of the songs kind of blend into each other to the point that none of the tracks are that memorable. At best the songs are peaceful and are kind of enjoyable to listen to and at worst they are boring and have some pretty lacklustre vocals, There's nothing wrong with the album perse, it's just kind of repetitive and boring.
I first heard "3 Nights" on the radio probably ages and ages ago, I listened through the album at some point and quite liked a few of the songs. This album is pretty cool overall, I love the vibe overall it's very chill and relaxed. "King of Everything" is definitely the worst track on the EP though, the vocal performance is very strange it's almost like yodelling and the intro is a bit too long. "3 Nights" and "Westcoast Collective" are ... read more
This album is pretty good overall. There are some really good songs on this album ("Unsainted", "Nero Forte", and "Spiders"). I don't mind the more experimental stuff on the album but some of it is a bit boring in places, this is best seen in "My Pain" which is genuinely pretty dog overall ngl. The album cover is also a bit strange but I kinda like it, I just wish there was a bit more going on.
This was the third full album of theirs that I listened to. This album has some really solid songs. "Ecdysis" is probably one of my favourite songs of their whole discography (that I've listened to so far). There are a good number of songs that are great but there are also some pretty mid songs like "locked club", "souvenir", and "~metal dream", those tracks are alright but are nowhere near as good as other songs on the album or other songs in their ... read more
This was the second album I listened all the way through and I love it. There are so many incredible songs on this album. The only song I didn't really enjoy was "Gauze". The rest of the songs are incredible, especially "Leathers", "Entombed", and "Rosemary". The vocals throughout the album are angelic, I love singing along with Chino. There is a real emotional feel to all of these songs. This album is just incredible and will probably be my ... read more
