An amazing hint at what they were soon going to accomplish on their follow up release. This is a decent bit more harsh than their full-length and at times its honestly more emotional.
Favorite Song-These Eyes Will Remember
A collection of super punishing and grotesque riffing accompanied by some super catchy and personable vocals. This is easily one the best one man bdm outputs of the early 2000s.
Favorite Song- Gallery of Horrors
Gem of a Swedish black metal demo that actually has super sound writing. The lo-fi production akin to something like transylvanian hunger is super raw and bleak and the melodic riffing is a nice touch.
Favorite Song-A Blaze from the Pagan Moon
A decent release that sees the band slow down quite a bit when compared to earlier outputs. There isn't much that sticks out about this release in a lot of ways but maybe the straightforwardness is at the end of the day a welcomed thing.
Favorite Song-Post Mortal Fixation
Extremely radio friendly strand of the band that succeeds at points with super theatric and over the top performances. While overall I don't care for the narrative on pop music they go for, there is material to grab onto here that has genuine appeal.
