if you like soundgardens *superunknown*, then you'll probably like this. the guy in the top left sort of looks like onision and i dont really know how to feel about that.
day of reckoning is what i'd consider to be pentagram's magnum opus - lyrically and instrumentally, this album just flows so effortlessly. vocally, bobby here sounds like a man hardened by the experiences foretold in his songwriting; he's utterly hypnotizing, and has never sounded better
pentagram takes all that inherent uncreativity that comes with sabbath-worship and turns it into something actually profound and new to listen to
