You see all the reviews as you scroll about how much fun Cudi is having throughout each track, which I love.
However, very early on I found myself making faces of like... what is this?
That song with X is getting bombed.

Hey, that's pretty good! I like the bedroom feel across every track, even with some of the more glitchy bits.

Favorite track: Harness

This album was really cool to me when it came out because I love anything Prog.
It's okay though.

I will say that the instrumentation is really good and I dig the voice of the vocalist, there's just some vocal takes I don't really like and that ruins some of the songs here.

Favorite track: Shadow of a Doubt

It's like if Serj Tankian's early solo work was a little slower, had less guitar and a little bit of chiptune.
It's not terrible.

Favorite track: Cacophony

Kind of a slow start, but Armchair and most tracks after it hits.

If there's anything this album it's very good at, it's being catchy.

This album is haunting, yet beautiful.
