This album relies heavily on mashing 2000's Paramore with Lorde and a touch of Taylor Swift. This isn't necessarily bad - musically, the album is even quite enjoyable (though I'm not a fan of the stripped down ballads). I'm personally a sucker for the combo of pop-punk and layered art-pop wailing.
