Maybe the best first 3 songs on any album I've ever heard but after that no other songs besides "Howling at the Moon" bring that same energy good album though and those first 3 songs will be on repeat for a little while
My jaw is on the fucking floor I was not expecting to listen to something this amazing today
Started off pretty strong with a few good tracks but fell off super hard after track 8 everything after that point is either mid or mega trash
This was the first Radiohead album I listened to and after relistening to it for the first time I don't think it's their best but it is still an outstanding album favorite tracks are "Let Down" "Karma Police" and "The Tourist"
Half way through listening to this I felt like I was listening to the best album I had ever heard but after track 8 it just loses a bit of steam. I think that there is a little bloat on this album due to the two "Exchange" tracks both being 4 minutes each which I don't see any reason why they couldn't have just been a single piece in the middle where the first "Exchange" is. "@foggy_oi4 I see what you're saying but for a album to have this high of a rating I feel it should be offering more in terms of the actual music it's a very short album being only 28 minutes and it is very technically simple just a dude with a guitar singing about life and it's hardships there are thousands of albums like this that exist I understand that what he is saying is extremely deep, real and ahead of it's time considering nobody talked much about mental health in the 70s and if someone said to me that this is their favorite album or that it truly helped them at some point in their life that would be fantastic and I would be very happy for them but for me this album just doesn't do to much or speak to me in that light"
