some really incredible songs theoughout this, and even some of the interludes sound beautiful but its definitely a bit bloated. not an album ill listen to in full very often at all but this dude has got some special talent and does some great shit with it
damn, from ewbaite to this, weezer honestly peaked here, im taking both those albums over blue and pinkerton lowk. this one isnt as good but its still amazing, just hard to compete w ewbaite
man you have songs like perfect situation, hold me, and haunt you every day, but you decide to put best friend, we are all on drugs, and beverly hills in the same fkn album??? what are we doing. the rest is meh, kinda boring, but the few highs are super high.
some incredible songs here, angel and the one, dreamin, and pork and beans are all amazing, and while its goofy asf, the greatest man that ever lived is great to me i love the switchups. the rest? not bad, a couple decent/good songs or just boring/meh, some funny stuff (everybody get dangerous mainly) but the songs w scott and brian singing are just boring to me. but hey, not a bad album at all
this the best one, no debate, no other weezer album stands a chance
ok its not that bad trust. please trust.
i cant lie this is a strangely incredibly nostalgic album to me, so i definitely hold a bit of bias to this album. while yes, multiple songs are not great at all, one song just sucks and is my least favorite weezer song, but alot of it is kinda fun. lyrics suck throughout the album ill definitely admit that, but the vibes of most of these songs are good. that riff on let it all hang out is awesome, and i want you to is one of the catchiest weezer song i ... read more
honestly a lil dissapointed, the peak was definitely better but this is still pretty damn good. just felt a lil more basic and simple then before. started out really great, took a bit of a dip from there but came back strong at the end.
about what i expect from a brent album, all really solids songs as hes always been super consistent, but DAMN other side is absolutely incredible
didnt expect this to be my fav album so far this year, but hell yeah this is awesome
some absolutely incredible songs theroughout the whole thing, but a bunch of random short boring songs that bring it down quite a bit
pretty cool, hes trying things that i necessarily didnt enjoy as much, but hteres also things on here that are cool asf but it doesnt fit my taste rn, cool personality but a little too much at times.
great album. was it worth the 8 year wait? not exactly. will i still listen to and enjoy the album? of course, it still has some incredible songs. its the same thing with testing where just about every song is great but theres a just 2-3 songs that feel a little boring and kinda bring it down from what it should be. otherwise, still pretty great and im glad its finally out
