Holy shit, this is one of the most lame-ass, lifeless mumble rap I’ve ever heard. Both Earl Sweatshirt, and MIKE seem to just speak gibberish their whole way through this album, except a few tracks where the production saves the track, even though throughout this whole album the production is also one of the most basic beats that are reused over and over again throughout this LP. There’s not much good to say about this record, besides there being some nice, buzzy beats here and ... read more
The hooks are great, and there are some catchy riffs here and there. This album can also be really joyful, and whimsical as shown in tracks like, “Love Observations”, or “Darling”, or can be dynamic, and animated as shown in tracks like, “11,000 Volts”, and “Careers In Acting”. Unfortunately, the LP can be quite banal. It’s undeniable that there are various bands with an overwhelmingly similar sound as to the one shown on this record. ... read more
There are some enjoyable beats, and some catchy hooks here and there on BULLY. Unfortunately, most of the songs feel incomplete, and cut short too quickly in most tracks. I am also sure there are hints of AI used in some of the songs, which is shameful. But this seems like a positive step for Ye. Decent to STRONG 4.

Corruption wreaks havoc within this album. The elements shown on this album are mucky (in a good way), but powerful. The LP builds a strong atmosphere, and within it is a raging war that is ablaze. I know I’m probably saying a lot of nonsense, but what makes this record so good is that, the riffs are so apocalyptic, which gives the impression this collection of tracks is trying to give you strength. It’s honestly pretty difficult for me to explain what makes this album so mighty. ... read more
unlikely, maybe is a galactic, indietronica album, that gives off a galactic, and carefree vibe when listening to it. Unfortunately, most of the tracks can become underwhelming, and stultifying, especially in the production aspects. The instrumentals on this LP feel like an incomplete thought, and the tracks with vocals seem as if they weren’t very well planned. Some of the tracks do have enough of an attention-grabber to keep you interested in the songs throughout. Overall this is a ... read more
