J. Cole - The Off-Season
80

How have I never reviewed this?

This is my favorite J Cole album. It's truly amazing, he put together such a consise and soothing display of talent.

Kanye West - GEMINI SEASON
30

it's like, not good, but it's okay.

French Montana - Unlocked
50

"Oh Man, God Damn!" This is such a fucking slaughter of the song bro, you gave it to FRENCH MONTANA OF ALL PEOPLE!?!

Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
90

Happy Pride Month!

I'm sick of people like Tyler The Creator (as much as I love him) and Chappel Roan (Fuck You) being the "face of LGBTQ artists in music".

to me, there are 3 men who best represent queer progression in music.

this genius and gift to earth is one of them.

Travis Scott - UTOPIA
75

yeah, it's just a recycled ye/mike dean album at times, but it's fire.

A$AP Rocky - Don't Be Dumb
80

what a great return for Rocky.

it lived up to the hype and went in a direction I wasn't expecting.

I really like this album.

James Blake - Trying Times
80

guys it's James Blake of course it's good.

The Caretaker - Everywhere at the end of time
100

dear god, okay, how do I even praise this accurately? let's try.

this is the greatest display instrumental storytelling ever developed in history.

since time, music has always conveyed emotion.

but there has never been a piece of music that better generates the feeling of fear, cognitive decline, death and the horror of a collapsing mind better than Everywhere at the end of time.

The Caretaker, Mr James Leyland Kirby is a mastermind and a poet. a profound mind.

there is never going ... read more

JPEGMAFIA - EXPERIMENTAL RAP
60

The embodiment of MID.

Sublime - Sublime
85

There are two things I associate with this album and group: Getting high and my stoner ex. Damn, she lwk had good taste. In me and this album.

JACKBOYS - JACKBOYS 2
9

You cried in front of me, you died in front of me
Calabasas took your bitch and your pride in front of me
Her Utopia had moved right up the street
And her lip gloss was poppin', she ain't need you to eat
The 'net gon' call it the way that they see it
But I got the video, I can share and A.E. it
They wouldn't believe it, but I can't unsee it
Lucky I ain't TMZ it
So be it, so be it

Young Thug - UY SCUTI
30

Garfield! Shut that shit up!

Doechii - Alligator Bites Never Heal
80

This album is actually fire. I really like it bro.

She delivers such good formatting for a story, a clearly New York inspired flow and fun, MF DOOM type delivery.

Favorite Song: CATFISH

J. Cole - The Fall-Off
90

An amazing retrospect for J Cole. Genius bars, entrancing production, and wonderful storytelling.

Favorite songs: The Let Out, 39 Intro, 29 Intro, Lonely at the Top, Old Dog, I Love Her Again, and the whole world is the Ville.

Trippie Redd - genre : sadboy

It's so fucking bad bro

Don Toliver - OCTANE
65

It's alright. That's pretty much it. It's not really great, but it's decent.

Yeat - ADL
40

Disappointing. Yeat is a great artist, but this was a fat wrong turn for his style. Weak tracks, and not super interesting listen.

Denzel Curry - Melt My Eyez See Your Future
88

The first Denzel album I've ever listened to, and it did not disappoint whatsoever. I love this project. Wonderful, versatile production with witty bars and a nasty flow.

Favorite song: The Smell Of Death

Clipse - Hell Hath No Fury
83

Clipse delivers an incredible sophomore album with great production and awesome bars.

Pusha T - My Name Is My Name
87

You wanna see a dead body? Pusha really never made abad record, even many years ago after the "end" of the good music posse era.

The songs are really good, even with that traditional goofy beat that appears on every Push album.

On Brady Lokey - Love Letter To No One In Particular
"the vocals are intentionally distorted to fit the style of the album, but for some reason in 2024 I half-assed the vocals. I'm a professional singer of 10 years idk why I did so bad and so lazy on this lmao. i'm not in contact with any producers, and I want to change that. I made this whole thing on bandlab tbh, but I have more professional equipment now. i'll have to check them out/hit them up. thanks!"

On Michael Jackson - Invincible
"@RandomBro Holy shit there's a lot to unpack there. okay: 1) it's 2000 Watts, not 200 2) one song cannot carry an album. EVER. if Tom MacDonald makes a terrible album with only one incredible song, it's still a shit album 3) i'm a genius 4) *album 5) he has SOOO many much much much better albums 6) this is not remotely close to the best album of the 21st century. I can name dozens of albums that are better in the 21st century 7) I gave Thriller a 100. It's the greatest Pop album ever made."
