I'm actually mad at myself for listening to this. I love their stuff from Stomping Ground and earlier. I never really paid much attention to much of anything after that. Just like with the most recent Blink album, I should've known better. It's just guys in their 50's singing about the same shit they were singing about when they were 20

Oh GBV have a new album, of course they do, they always do. Sure I'll listen. That was about my attitude going in. I didn't expect much from this but I was pretty surprised. I think it's safe to say that their best music is behind them but there are some really solid tracks on this album. Trim this thing down to 12 tracks, maybe even 10 and while it would be a pretty short album at that point I think it could be a fairly solid one.

This is so so good! As good as their previous albums at the very least.

It's a little hard to believe that this was released in 1969. And it's their debut, ambitious as fuck! I will own this one day for sure.

It's good but what's with all these 70's and 80's rock bands with high ass pitched male vocals, goddamn. This isn't really my thing but it is pretty fantastic. It's probably not an album I'll go back to but I appreciate what it is.
