Not horrible, but certainly their worst record at this point in time. No moments really stood out to me nor did it ever really draw me back to listening to it like the first two. If anything, there were a lot of Hard Rock elements here which I think disappointed a lot of people including myself.
Great sophmore album. Capitalized off the success of the melodic and electronic inspirations from the first but more defined in a metal sense.
After Attack Attack's success with electronic elements, so many bands tried implementing it into their sound. AA's first album became iconic because of the dynamic techno beats mixed with breakdowns and Danny's superb delivery. This was their best album for sure. Every scene kid in 2009 was bumping this.
Female vocals in metal just hit different. HARD 2000 Metalcore vibes. Fantastic front to back.
Innovative masterpiece. Anyone hating on the album is more-so doing it because they're just annoyed of the hype that Sleep Token gathered because of it. Easily AOTY for many that year and rightfully so. There is something for everyone in this record no matter what you listen to.
