This album, though it's apparently "only outtakes from teens of denial" is a big masterpiece of amazing sounds with an amazing atmosphere crafted through the music in this album. This feels like a project like the dark side of the moon, with its cool atmosphere and vibe with interludes in between songs. This album when I first listened to it kept surprising me. It feels so varied within the tracks, it has some of the most beautiful sounding production ever at times that is so emotional and real while there's also some times where it's just minimalist production. Within the 5 tracks it manages to hold a very emotional atmosphere and sound. And the instrumentation is done pretty well. Wow they finally drop an album when I'm actively listening to them. A lot of the songs on this remake are barely worse than the original, just not having really any charm to it with how his vocals have gotten worse with age. Though I do have to say, I feel the story for teens of denial in this version is much better written out. In the original version, the story felt unfinished and just replaced with two mediocre songs, "not what I needed" and "unforgiving girl." And ... read more

the all american rejects did a free meal thing at my slim chickens that was cool. I'll rate this maybe later if I listen to it. Not really too much of a fan of their stuff, mostly listening to it because my dad likes the band.
