I feel like I'm in the twilight zone reading all these reviews. This is an album that pretty obviously wears its influences on its sleave, but that does not detract from what is (to me) the best crop of solo-Bruno tracks outside of 24K Magic. This is Bruno playing the hits, just with a Latin flare, which may sound repetitive and/or derivative to some, but we end up with a highly enjoyable pop record.
It's like if Michelle Branch committed to making a full blown pop punk album. This is so rad.

RIP to D’Angelo. One of the best to ever do it. Do you how nuts it is to make an album this good and have it technically be your worst record. No one was operating at this man’s level. We lost a good one way too soon.
