Returning to strictly Electro-Industrial, FLAvour of the Weak is a lack-luster project. While the production is amazing on this project, it's very lacking in a lot of areas. The strictly instrumental tracks are good and sound amazing, they are so dragged out and would've been more interesting and better with lyrics but has me wondering when the songs will end. If songs like "Corruption" had lyrics it would've made for a so much better intro tracks but listening to 8 ... read more
This is the best Front Line Assembly project. Again continuing with the Industrial-Rock sound on some tracks, Front Line Assembly hits it out of the park with this album, filling with banger after banger song. It does fall off a tiny bit closer to the end, but they're still great songs, just maybe a little dragged out with the 7-minute "Infra Red Combat". All the tracks are lengthy on here, which is typical for a FLA record, but they're all interesting at least, and I never ... read more
Front Line Assembly again switches their sound and goes Industrial-Rock/Metal for the album and holy crap did they do good. The samples used fit so well with this album. This is how you do Industrial-Metal. One of their best albums for sure.
Fav Tracks: Vigilante, Liquid Separation, Surface Patterns, This Faith
Least Favs: Victim of a Criminal
Being one of the most influential albums in the Electro-Industrial scene, Front Line Assembly changed their sound from their previous effort "Caustic Grip" by using new sounds and implementing layering within the instrumentals. Some of their best tracks are on this project, and with their biggest hit "Mindphaser", they put themselves in the most influential industrial acts of all time. "Tactical Neural Implant" is a must listen for industrial heads, and is a ... read more
"The Top" is a interesting album at it's core. After making pop hits like "The Lovecats" and "Let's Go To Bed", Robert Smith decided to make an album with no radio hits. It was intentional and the tracks ended up being some of my favorite in their catalogue. Robert Smith made almost the whole album by himself and it being a very dark and depressing album at it's core, it ends up being some of the most unappreciated. Songs like "Shake Dog ... read more
A good metalcore album, but definitely forgettable. While there are a great output of tracks on here, a lot of them are forgettable and blend in with a lot of different songs and bands at the time. Sometimes, it does sound generic. It has it's highs and it has it's lows, but is still a decent album to listen to if you have the time.
Best Tracks: After Dinner Payback, Autumn's Monologue, I'm The Best at Ruining My Life
Worst Tracks: No Trivia, Every Reason To
The best Billy Talent album. Billy Talent II is 13 un-skippable tracks that get your blood pumping. Starting the album out strong and holding it's own until the very end. This is one of my desert island albums, I can listen to it constantly and never get bored. Come on you worker bees, really immersive yourself into this album and enjoy it for what it is.
Favs: Devil in a Midnight Mass, Worker Bees, Where Is The Line, Covered in Cowardice, Sympathy

Everything Klayton touches is a masterpiece. This album is very nostalgic to me and when I revisited it, I fell in love with it again just like I remembered. This is Industrial/Electronic Rock bliss. If it's made and produced by Klayton, it's always going to sound amazing. His writing and able to create a story is great, really tying you into the album. I also give more respect to the album when you know that Klayton does everything by himself. Writing, composing, producing, ... read more
This is the definition of horrorcore. The beats sound great and the ultraviolent lyrics are as good as it gets, but every flow does sound the same. It's like he's doing the same song over and over again with different beats and lyrics, but this is my favorite horrorcore album of all time so I don't mind it. When Necro adds guitar to some of the tracks, it makes it so much better and gritter and I can't get enough of it. The features on here are great as well with the likes ... read more
The unfiltered energy on this album is crazy. Knocked Loose really made something special here. One problem I have with the album is that it should be longer. I need more of this album!
Best Songs: Don't Reach For Me, The Calm That Keeps You Awake, Suffocate
Worst Songs: Slaughterhouse 2
A true grunge masterpiece. This is probably the best grunge album out there, and yes, I like it better than Nirvana's Nevermind. The lyrics are so deep and dark, with Layne Stanley struggling with a heroin addiction. You can hear the pain in the tracks and the overall dark tone and aura of the album truly makes it a worthy listen. Cantrell and Stanley make such a great writing duo and makes the lyrics and tracks so memorable and stand the test of time. It's a must listen if for some ... read more
This is a good album. Shinedown has never really been my cup of tea, but this album captured my attention somehow and lead me to being a fan. This album starts off so strong and keeps it's momentum through the whole thing. The lyrics are heart-wrenching and really lead me on a journey, though the latter half of the album, to me, is forgettable. All of the singles and major songs are all in the first half and after that, it's still good, but it's the part of the album I don't ... read more
This is the best DEMONDICE project. This 4-track EP saw her return after a year of not putting out anything when she would release a project every year. Her flow is the best on this album and so are the beats. This also shows off her best writing yet, which isn't amazing but better than The Red, White and Black and American Saikoro. The intro track "wanting, getting, wanting" is her best song out of everything she's ever released. It's a little catchy, has okay writing, ... read more
She keeps improving, but then ruins it with other parts on the album. The title track is the highlight here, having a good beat, good flow, and sounds way better than her other projects. But all the other songs are so boring and uninteresting. She went from offensive to straight cut and dry. Except, she had the audacity to make a song about mental health and that's the worst fucking song on the album. I see what she was trying to do, talk about people faking mental health for sympathy and ... read more
Such a sleeper album. Nothing new, nothing different. It was amusing listening to her old stuff to see how bad it was but now this is so bland and dry I can barely keep my eyes open...until the end. I have two words for you, "Satanic Cypher". The fact they're are 8 FEATURES ON IT, and doesn't help it in the slightest says a lot. They all rap in Japanese which makes sense, but all of their flows and cadences suck as bad as DEMONDICE. It's so laughable and embarrassing, I ... read more
She's improving!!! Her flows have really gotten better from her previous efforts and some of the writing here has gotten better too. "Hazy Skyscraper" is the highlight here, having decent flow and writing but while it's still not good, it's one of her best songs to date. But it doesn't help the rest of this EP. "Wannabe" is one of the worst beats I've ever heard and her saying "boom-shaka-laka" on it actually made me hurt. Like WTF? ... read more
I will admit, the beats and the mixing has very much improved from her previous "efforts", but man does it still suck. The beat on "American Saikoro" is genuinely good, but her same lame-ass excuse for lyrics destroys it. Her flow is okay on here, but that's putting it lightly.
"Gang Gang Kawaii!!!" wakes you up from this sleeper of an EP in a shock wondering what the actual fuck is going on. Truly this song should've never been made. It's the most ... read more
The best part of this whole thing was the instrumental "ANTHEM" at the end and I'm gagging even saying that, considering that it was a dumpster fire. Well, this whole thing was a dumpster fire.
Holy shit!! Somehow I didn't think she could make something as bad as the "DEMONDICE EP" but my god. She made this project in one week as a challenge for herself, making one song everyday and it shows. This needs to burn in hell where it deserves. This is a disgrace to rap music and all music in general. DEMONDICE, do us a favor and never make music again. Our ears will appreciate it.
There is nothing redeemable here. The lyrics are some of the most atrocious, self-absorbed writing I've ever heard. All the flows sound the same, this "character" she's playing is stupid, and not to mention "Snake Eyes" is one of the worst song I've ever had the misfortune to listening to. Stay away at all costs!!!
