i wasn't the most hopeful about what the group would be able to accomplish without one of its star members, but it is just as good as their last release, even in live format it is a beautiful album and i am pleasantly surprised at the amount of talent shared between the group. this is definitely going to be near the top of a top 2023 list this album is incredible and it is a must listen.

this album is almost 20 years old at this point. if you haven't given it a listen after this much relentless praise for almost 2 decades then i am surprised. these tracks would be melodramatic if any other group than mcr was piloting them. they are high tempo, loud, fun, and sometimes brutal tracks that fit into the mind of gerard and the gang. 0/10 why wasnt thundercat featured?
"i am a different artist than i was when i was 19," then why are you recycling the same lyrical themes and production? this song is so embarrassingly boring, but it isn't offensive, i can have this on in the background and as long as i don't tune into the boring lyrics its fine.
it is sad i can confidently say i have higher expectations for a madison beer song than i do a melanie martinez song in 2023, so much so that shes trying to copy her and then use björk's unique and ... read more
i heard from someone that metallica used this record as influence for their legendary project "master of puppets," but after hearing this mess i think i was lied to.

yeah mine is the madvillainy one, it used to be the MM.. FOOD one (the exact one you have right now) but I change it every couple of months

MF DOOM is #1 imo. He's got the best bars, best flow, and the beats made by himself and madlib are really cool and interesting.
