I enjoy this, it's very bright and fun. So many solos, and I just absolutely fuck with that! smiles
I like this album, it's so perfectly fine with a couple standout tracks. I don't think about this album often but I enjoy it just fine. All of this would warrant a 5/10 but say it ain't so and holiday are very fun and personal in an interesting way. Overall it's pretty decent. just not much to say beyond that.
As a lover of vaporwave and edm, I really enjoyed this project. Normally vapourwave projects tend to lean more into ambience but I'm pleasantly surprised with fun melodies and an overall nightclub atheistic . it's not hard style by any means, but the project does maintain energy throughout it's track and seamlessly transitions in between them, while also having depth hiding in the layers of wet synths and bouncy instrumentation. overall I would highly recommend it to fans of ... read more
I have never listened to something that is so frustratingly monotonous. Repetition is fine, but time blends together when you listen to this project. It feels very jarring and points feel like Chinese water torture. Sometimes you can admit something just isn't for me, but damn I genuinely don't see the appeal. Unless you want to listen to an hour long project that feels 8 hours long. I would only recommend this album to Mussolini, because who else could see value in this trash. ... read more
An EP that is resoundingly mediocre with 2 pretty big standout tracks. A Fool Moon Night and Freeze compared to everything else feels like it was made by someone completely different. Still the other tracks weren't bad persay, just nothing that is worth noting but still not bad. Overall give it a listen if ya want something kinda fun with 2 very good tracks.
Crazy synths, mixed with insane and experimental layers create an album that at it's best is intresting! The problem is that not all the tracks embody the avant-garde nature of some of the earlier tracks. I would much prefer an album of songs like Ventolin rather than tracks like Mookid and Start As You Mean To Go On. Icct Hedral is a standout track that made me think of a the cavernous insides of a giant beast. High highs, but some of the most disappointing lows.
A jazz fusion album that is one word, FUN! Although there are some dips in my attention while listening (predominantly because it can get formulaic at some points) I still loved what the album was doing! By no stretch of the imagination could I ever say I didn't enjoy the album. Giant Side Step is a huge standout of a fun bouncy song, with the true jazzy roots that create something worth appreciating. Truth embodies the time at which the album was created and makes me smile every time I ... read more
All the songs are either just plain fun, to perfect in setting a mood. As the first jazz fusion album that I had really sank my teeth into, it bit back with tone that made me smile, and feel the need to dance. It's influences are felt to modern jazz fusion to this day and for that it deserves a rating as high as this.
An album that seamlessly moves through the emotions of someone who is and knows people who are truly troubled by their day to day lives. Every track is in the very least good, to near perfect. Gave me goosebumps at some points, and made me nearly cry at some others. Still some tracks I just didn't vibe w/ although under no circumstance are they bad.
Just kind of nothing, it feels like it was written by 2 highschoolers with good parents and a relatively carefree background. BUT for some reason they wanted to make emo punk.
