Absolutely amazing album and probably would have been one of my favorite albums of 2024 if I had listened to it sooner, which I am ashamed that I didn't

Obviously I don't know Korean so I can't say much about the lyrics, however I will say that it is a true talent to be able to convey feeling and emotion through the language barrier and Angel Interview is amazing as this. The songs all have a distinct sound to them, with each one being different enough to always pique my interest.

Love the guitar riff on this song, and I think it fits really well with the singer’s voice, especially for that little bit near the end where there are some backing vocals.
Vocals wise Jesse Barki does a really good job of utilising his voice in a way that adds to and enhances the instrumentation of his songs. The pre chorus and chorus on this song are really great examples of that especially chorus two where his voice is louder and a little scratchier.

Lyrically very solid, especially enjoy it as an opening track as it does a very good job of introducing its themes. Kaan really does not mince words when talking about the concept of the nightly news which seems to be what this song is about as well as it being an opening track / introduction.

Incredibly excited to see where he goes next

At first this track was pretty lack luster to me especially compared to Highjack. I would just kind of skip the song whenever it came on until recently I let it play and it really grew on me.

Lupe Fiasco is an absolutely amazing lyricist and I appreciate the sounds that he tries throughout the album. Although in the album's last stretch the songs start to meld together in my mind and sound very similar to me.
Drogas is a great opener track that really caught me off guard, I was not expecting an entire song in spanish with production that cool. Manilla is a great follow up that reels you back in and introduces the concept of the slave trade and colonialism, a reoccurring theme ... read more

Kodak Black should not have been featured on FIELDTRIP his verse is terrible. Easily Peggy's most polished work yet, album is consistent in quality and doesn't have the same lows that OFFLINE and Veteran do, but doesn't really reach the same peaks either.
