some parts of this feel a little too messy, some songs production really reminds me of weatherday and willyrodriguez
BEAUTIFUL album maybe one or two misses.. it’s so peak. i instantly fold for any female artist band. also my finest hour is their best song so it being on this album adds to the score i gave

Lots of filler random 1 minute songs which is sad cause there’s some really good stuff on here. Some songs just feel too low quality to enjoy, but songs like If i come home and Heroin we’re awesome. Very excited to see what they do next under a different name cause it seems like this is the end of sugar cherry π₯²

nobody does music like jane. there is nothing that sounds like this and that’s what makes it so good. the shoegaze jersey club digicore latin etc (it feels so weird saying those genres together) but it’s so impressive how she blends all of these into a VERY diverse 6 song ep which i will be streaming the hell out of :)
counting sheep and nightingale are beautiful.. rest is just ok but i did enjoy the vibe!
This album flopped π Quadeca feats were good but out of place with everything else , perfect ending with a random ahh throwaway song at the end (all4u) , with the song having a Jane remover “feature” but it’s just a beat .. etc . probably one of the weirdest album listening experiences i’ve had. the decent songs (maybe half the album) should be listened to on a playlist.
feels like a 6-6.5/10 to me
i liked a lot of quinns solo stuff this year so i was pretty excited for this but it didn’t really hit like i expected. L train vintage is so fucking good though
