A wonderful record with an immersive atmosphere surrounding it. The sound feels raw, and rough around the edges, but that just adds to the album’s charm.
A fantastic closing record for a strong-running group of performers. Each individual member of the band shines particularly brightly on this album, every track being a wonderful showcase, not just of Greep’s vivid lyrical storytelling, but also of Morgan’s fantastic stamina in those difficult passages and Cameron’s incredible playing. This album is just so enthralling. It takes you into its world for thirty three minutes and then sends you out back into the cold again.
