Tracks like Jesus of Suburbia, and Homecoming are unnecessarily long... tracks like September Ends just feel out of place for their position in the album considering how all the tracks prior (and after) are upbeat, energetic rock songs. But overall, it's still a decent album.

Every track has something to offer, and it is delivered well. Green Day's strongest album thus far.

Some strong tracks but the rest of the album is brought down by some really poor song-writing choices and boring/repetitive chord progressions, this is bad even for a rock album.
