I've been thinking this might be the case for some time but I've been hesitant to say it since, if you know anything about the vocaloid scene, this statement comes with a lot of gravity.
Iyowa is on a level of talent and mastery over the vocal synth technology that we haven't seen since wowaka released Unhappy Refrain. I had been thinking this since the first time I listened to Watashi no Heritage, but this album just cements it as fact for me. His production is so smooth, ... read more
absolute bangers only from start to finish. my only complaint is that there is a little bit of a lack in cohesion and the album itself feels like more of a collection of singles than one cohesive project, but since it's got seven out of seven hits it doesn't bother me too much. also it's way too short in my opinion, seven songs is barely an album but i'll let it slide because the quality is consistently high enough for me to not really care.

My favorite song here constantly rotates between Black Birthday, Mas?erade Rhapsody Re?uest, Ave Mujica, and Choir S Choir. The fact that so many songs could be my favorite is a testament to their ability to make hits.
Love this mini album however it's not as good as their previous album. Most of their less favorite songs of mine come from this album but I will say Earth and Water are so unbelievably gorgeous. I love the concept of each member having their own element with their instrument highlighted in the song. although I was a bit confused by Water being Umiri's element since the piano is mostly highlighted in Water. Regardless it's pretty solid but for anyone wanting to get into Ave Mujica ... read more
