This is a really silly, corny song but omg when the beat drops I forget everything that's bad about this song. The chorus is also pretty catchy

Lame Imagine Dragons × League of Legends ripoff

Yeah Drake doing the Jamaican accent is corny as hell but I was able to put that to the side and realized that this song is quite a vibe. Drakes chorus is nice and catchy, Popcaan flows pretty well on the verses and the beat is basic but crispy. It's far from perfect but i enjoyed it while it was on.

Just changed the rating from 85 to 90. This is probably gonna be my aoty.

I got an advice for y'all: Don't rate this after your first listen. The song gets better the more you hear it.

Might be the most underrated Kanye project in my opinion. Especially production-wise this is on par with any other Kanye album. Jay-Z and Kanye show great chemistry, which isn't really a surprise considering the history of the two before this.
There is not a single song that I find bad or really mid. I have no problem with hearing the whole thing from front to back.

Good chorus and great flow on the verses. Also the song is built around the sample nicely

This is not bad. I actually don't mind the lyrics and I really like the drop. I also appreciate the changes they made to the final drop (e.g. with the added guitar)

Die Singles waren größtenteils noch ok. Freiheit ist finde ich auch der beste Song des Albums. ABER: Alle Songs, die mit dem Release des Albums erschienen sind, fallen qualitativ stark ab. Inhaltlich haben die meisten Songs nichts zu bieten, aber auch musikalisch konnten sie mich nicht überzeugen.

Actually good

This album is madness! - But in a good way. With each song you don't know what you're getting next. In some instances there are even drastic changes genrewise throughout one song. On top of that you get of course great performances and vocals by Rosalía.

This is just a vibe. Girl Talk did an amazing job with the production.
Highlights: "How The Story Goes", "Ready For Love" & "Put You On"

Has some strong tracks and great production but the closer you get to the end of the album the more the songs melt into each other. I would have prefered more distinct songs.
Highlights: "History", "Skin and Bones", "Cocoon" & "Body"
