At its core, Vanisher, Horizon Scraper is a concept album about an internal and external voyage framed as a mariner’s solo journey across the ocean, which doubles as a metaphor for self-exploration, obsession, existential dread, and the search for meaning. Musically, this is the richest, most cinematic, and most appealing album I have ever gotten the chance to listen to. I was expecting a great album while wait for this and I didn’t get that. Instead, I got to have the greatest ... read more

so, i found wishlane through a beat saber project involving his “Nobody’s listening!” album and enjoyed his sound alot. i decided to give this album a listen as i had nothing else to do and i was shocked to say the least. wishlane’s junior album “VOLUNTEER *” is nothing short of a great production. the mixing is genuinely some of the best i’ve heard and every single song was a hit. i love the upbeat 90s-00s sound in this album so much it makes me happy. ... read more
glaive i genuinely love you so much please dont kill yourself. you too kurtains. you’re underrated as fuck. for some reason this album hit me really hard. i know someone who’s been going through so much right now and this album almost made me understand their feelings with the sound alone. the acoustic “i care so much that i dont care at all” vibe here almost makes it depressing. musically this is the best shit both of them have ever done and its not close. kurtains and ... read more
this actually surprised me. kanye's daughter droping a rage album was not on my bingo card this year, but holy these beats carry so hard. north has no idea how to rap on a rage beat, let alone rap in general. the instrumentals of all the songs are so fucking good which is the only reason this was rated some what high. also the references in all these songs are hilarious. caramelldansen, aishite, and like two gacha songs. also her being tapped in to vocaloid get bonus points from me. as of ... read more
miko’s sophomore album is finally here and he REALLY surprised me. this is such a different direction compared to their first album and you can hear the improvement. its so much more tender and has a wayyy better sound to it. not sure which edm sub genre this would fall under but i love it. such an underrated artist and i really hope to see fur:trash grow even larger in the future.
