Fresh!
It starts off with a soundscape as fresh as a mix of cilantro and lime and a dark, intoxicating mix of undertones.
Most tracks are meticulously balanced with different sounds and vibes to unleash full blocks of noiz and muzak straight into your ears and mind. Twigs' creativity and libre soul is definitely heard and felt throughout the instrumentals and vocals, quite the tailored mixtape with many facets and angles to enjoy it from.
Harmonic chaos and expression, a powerful statement ... read more
A quick, slow cruise through a bumpy but gently grimy soundscape.
The tracks are well-connected and smooth in their machinery, making the 24-minute listen go by pretty quickly.
An intoxicated, drippy feeling fills the instrumentals and sounds of the project.
This is a perfect album to go rainy day city strolling and regurgitate the negative emotions that have build up throughout the week, month, or year.

Dived into the album and enjoyed the fluidity that enveloped me sonically.
The synths felt like bright lights, really lighting up the soundscape of the album and helping certain moods and emotions shine in your ears.
The tones are so cool and full making it a comfortably smooth ride the whole album through.
There are 3 transitions from song to song that are so buttery-smooth I can't help to listen to the following song.

Baby Keem ~ The Melodic Blue
The listen through was not very difficult and quite enjoyable at the surface level.
In his 3-4 years of releasing music, Baby Keem has definitely grown sonically ! His ability to write and make lyrics is cleaner and less amateur. That being said, he is in the early stages of his artistry and I hope he takes the time to carefully forge himself into a top rapper / musician.
His quick rise and collaborations with some of the best in the industry really set the bar ... read more
Dope Rap Tape! Straight from the heart lyricism that exudes Youth, Skill and Soul.
The Instrumentals maintain a smooth vibe all throughout and really keep the atmosphere cool and fresh.
Definitely Keeping It Wavy, Baby.
Worth a listen if you enjoy some good bars and clean beats.
Dark and Grimy!
I only listened to the one track available on Soundcloud. Definitely worth a listen if you like cave, dank ass, pitchblack rap!
A chill but quick trek through a nostalgic latin valley filled by Uchis' rich and dreamy vocals.
As the sun sets you are invited relax as groovy and reggaeton rhythms fill the night sky imploring the body to dance and move to the music. The ending is a calming and surreal track pulled from Uchis' deep creative cauldron and it does a great job of closing out this dreamlike journey she's taken us.
I'm excited for any future excursions such as this. Recommend!
What a drive through an Indie Pop landscape!
The vehicle of sound Benee uses to navigate us through it is well crafted and interesting enough to keep me on the ride the whole way through.
I really enjoy the latter half of the album, Kool seems to be the beginning of this detour where Benee feels and sounds more comfortable with what she is expressing. I would really like to experience more of these detours in future rides with Benee.
Overall, a groovy and peaceful soundscape with ... read more
The Flute throughout the album really caught my attention and adds such a unique flavor to what is being cooked here. The drums and guitars used throughout are tight and expressive. The vocals are a great atmospheric fill and it really balances out the rest of the flavors on the album.
I had a few issues while journeying this soundscape and I'm certain those are from a lack of my own range of listening.
A wonderful expression of soul and self!
What a powerful expression of self. A great way to feel for the "now" and see a side of this chaotic history filled with hate and pain.
It's definitely a thought provoker and a worthwhile listen for the Soul that it holds.
