literally one of my favorite rap songs of all time. it's hard as fuck without taking itself too seriously, it has that distinct underground sematary feel that dosent overstep its presence in the song, and its relatable as fuck.

its really intresting listening to this album seeing what could've been. this is a pretty fine album, with some abosutely great standouts. the production is great, the vocals are actually good, and the songs feels like they have a purpose and a feel to them. if this came out today people would be calling Maroon 5 a band to look out for in their future endeavors, but rather we have that made Girls Like You.

one of the few songs i feel have surpassed a culutral-barrier into something truely legendary. i feel in 100 years or so people will still be chanting those "oh"s alongside whatever popular music is around in that time. the song has this aura to it, something legendary and transcendent, but still comforting and grounded. theres something this song captures that isnt captured by much in popular culture, and never captured this good. there are better songs, but none of them can capture ... read more
