Imagine my shock after only hearing stan twitters takes on this album, listening to it for the first time and discovering it’s actually kinda good
so so happy shes finally been able to, not only find her sound, but be able to bring bring her sound and visions to life without the nasty shackles of SM, unfortunately said sound is not something i enjoy at all </3 overall though the whole thing does a good job at maintaining a theme and fireproof is a certified smurfhitz banger
the production on this album is CRAZY. the sonic soundscape threw me into a religious psychosis, like this shit is crack. that being said, idk if some of rosalía’s vocal melodies really made sense in connection to the music, even when the lyrical message did. but maybe that’s an unfair point to make since i was probably paying extra attention to it cause my spanish isnt efficient enough to go through everything without translated lyrics (not to mention the billion other ... read more
