there were some interesting instrumental moments and i liked the soothing atmosphere overall, some songs were less interesting but im not mad, kinda made me want to take a nap in a good way
Cold Air perfectly replicates the place between waking and sleeping by using dizzying production and impossibly vivid writing.
"Grief, fear, sadness... a lot of fear." These are the opening words on "Small Sleep," seemingly a mission statement for the anxious passages of music that make up this album. Even as it coalesces into the steady beat of "Quickening," the album retains its gloomy and nervous tone.
