this feels like soft death, passing away alone. the soundscape is filled with morbid and painful sounds that feel like screams heard by no one.

"Drowse" is a perfect name for this band; drowsy feeling music. It works, and this album in particular is good in how it envelops the listener with the layers of slow sound it projects. Very atmospheric and cold like the album cover. I like it.
Another downtempo and cold yet captivating record from a band on The Flenser? I'm sold. Light Mirror retains a wide soundstage in typical shoegaze fashion. However, it brings forth some truly impressive heavier (in the slowcore sense) elements akin to Planning For Burial. Quite enjoyable.
