The opening track, “Shake the Dope Out,” is definitely my favorite on the album. The Warlocks do a great job blending modern neo-psychedelia with the familiar feel of ’60s psychedelic rock. They also bring in elements of shoegaze and drone rock, which add a nice modern edge. The dual drummers give the music extra rhythmic depth.
