Underneath

It's very 90's and it vocally reminded me of White Lies and even U2. There are some really lovely moments, especially when the sax joins in, although there are a couple of more cheesy songs, like 'Buoyant', that aren’t quite my favorite. I was wowed by this Australian band on my streaming series Bandwidth, where I heard influences spanning Nick Cave, The Killers, and a lot of jangling post-punk, where the production didn’t give them a lot to work with but the composition was rock solid.
