This is a really sick atmospheric black metal record, it's got it all, the hellish black metal and the beautiful post-rock guitar melodies sprinkled in, with some accordion that gives it some folk influence. It doesn't overstay it's welcome, it just delivers a healthy dose of blast beats, tremolo riffs, and melancholic melodies, and it gets out. Interesting Black Metal.l from Siberia!
They play on some tracks with an accordion that adds some welcome creepiness in the songs.
Overall a strong release but I feel I need more listening to have a deeper appreciation of this album.
The only metal band that can make an accordion not sound like pirate or ratatouille music. Other than that, solid atmospheric black metal
