This has been my long overdue introduction to Johnny Thunders' music. The man has quite the reputation as a snotty punk rock guitar shredder. But here's the deal~ he's just really not all that. At least not on So Alone.

there are some gems here and there, but overall, it was good, but not great. I liked most of the tracks here, especially "You Can't Put Your Arms Around A Memory," "Leave Me Alone," "Downtown," and the title track.
