The Big 100 Review!
After listening to this album 3 times I have decided that this is the best doors album, I’m not sure if that is controversial as I know self titled is certainly the most popular but personally I Love Morrison Hotel. The Bluesy feel that emanates from songs such as “Roadhouse Blues” and “Ship of Fools” make me dance as if in an uncoordinated waltz and Morrisons lyricism and voice perpetuate throughout the album but really shine in the best song ... read more

Not sure why but I always thought Jefferson Airplane would make music similar to The Ronettes, but no, they make peak psychedelic music and this album is proof (also a case where the best songs ARE the popular ones)
