This is the first time where I've sat through the whole album and thought to myself "Wow, what a travesty."
The energy that was given to us on the last two of 311's renewed energy is nowhere to be found on this record, there's nothing notable that comes out of this whatsoever and it sounds uninspired.
It's a pretty good record, but I'm sure it didn't need to be so long (Foreshadowing)
Favorites: Sand Dollars, Tranquility, Ebb and Flow, Showdown, The Great Divide, Five of Everything, Boom Shanka
Least Favorites: Friday Afternoon, The Call
311 proves again (as if we needed more) 90's rock bands are completely irrelevant. Where their last album was mislead but listenable, their songwriting seems to have fallen apart as much as their singing.
