The album is out now, so let's say a few words... but no more.

Soft Machine offers an effective form of instrumental Fusion rooted in the Electric Jazz evolution of the '80s but, released today, this album might only please a few older listeners thirsty for old music, or young listeners completely unfamiliar with old music... otherwise, they'd just listen to that.

While me and Soft Machine have a bit of a history, I never truly expected to make a return to them. But, this year, I made an oath to ‘finish what I have started’, and there are certainly a whole lot of bands out there that still have a ton of albums I need to review. How are any of these band members still alive!?

Alright listen, anyone who knows me well knows I'm a sucker for anything progressive rock. It's how it is.
