Well I wouldn’t really rate shorter EP’s but I guess I’ll do this. And well thank goodness I did because man this was good. Makes me wish that Ekcle had a full length LP but it doesn’t seem like they do. This thing blends in Future Garage, Dubstep, and Halftime into this crazy good sound design. With this 5 track sophomore effort, Eckle maintain their status as the most promising, adventurous and sonically impressive up-and-coming project in the UK Bass scene and experimental music in general. Features a western, industrial infused edge with oriental flourishes and textures. Its strange, gorgeous, aggressive when it needs to, and above all, original.
