Fans of breakdowns, as well as hip-hop will have something to love upon listening to this album. It is this kind of hybrid of genres that make bands stand out, and with Somewhere, In Between…, UNITYTX made an album that will be a gateway for so many people who want to get into alternative music but fear the harsh vocals.

Too many songs.
If this was condensed to 8-10 of the best songs on the album I would score it a lot higher. But it just has too much junk volume. A couple of the earlier tracks like 'HEINOUS' and 'LUCID' I really like a lot and I will come back to.
I totally get the appeal and I still love Shaolin G as a vocalist; his energy is excellent and is the main reason this band is so strong. There are some nasty riffs on here and no song overstays its welcome whatsoever. I just think the style doesn't match its substance more than half the time. There's a banger EP in here but between the random trap interludes and forgettable tracks. I just wanted more of what this album ends on, the run from ENJOY THA SHOW to the end was so good.
