"Bloodties" gets started right away with sharp and brutal riffs and speed. A very overall thick groovy sound New York is known for. Fairly standard track but well executed with pleasant production. The ending is nice, full of chunky slams and harmonics. A nice opener.

"Body Colonizers" moves in groove first. I like the riffing on here a bit more. It's overall a more rythymically chunky tune. The speed and structure are fun with good energy. "Soiled" hits ... read more

This is Dehumanized's 2nd album and it's pretty good. I think its the weakest of their discography but it's nothing at all terrible. Controlled Elite felt like a solid mixture of Suffocation, Cannibal Corpse and their own thing. It's certainly a fun listen, carrying out all sorts of aggression and brutality as well as memorabilty. a satisfying comeback, the production is better than on Prophecies Foretold, but musically it's a little step down. Still solid tho
