I didn't have any expectations going into this album, only knew that a friend of mine heard it and really liked it. So I am a bit surprised when I say I like this more than Knife. But it's true, it is better than Knife. It sounds like Knife but with better song-writing and a different / rock-ier, but also a slower sound.
There are some highlights here:
- Stray is a good album opener, and has a bouncy Bassline as well.

Somewhere In His Heart (pun intended) Roddy Frame might've known that the third Aztec Camera album, Love, released 3 years before this album, was disappointing. Why do i think that? Well, on this album, most of the bad aspects, the stuff which ruined the album so to speak, are gone. Instead, we are left with Stray as it is, combining some different styles into a pleasant blend which we can call the fourth Aztec Camera album: a good album.
