I avoid doing in-depth reviews on personal favorites - always end up exhausting my limited english vocabulary to describe something a 10-page essay wouldn't do justice. Also, I'm a lazy bastard.
Regardless, when I put mind and pen to it, it's always a rewarding exercise – by forcing myself to synthesize what appeals to me in these records, I end up discovering more about them, myself, and the knot that binds us.
