If it weren't for the fact that the fifth song was terribly bland, I'd say it was a very solid jazz project at the time. This kind of jazz sometimes grows on me over time and is very encouraging, whereas when I listen to this style of jazz, it really gives me the vibe of musicals or some old film music, and it's cool. So, I’m going to keep this short since I don’t have much to say about this. This is great! John Larkin is an artist who is also known as Scatman John, where he is probably most well known for his song “Scatman (Ski-Ba-Bop-Ba-Dop-Bop)”, which I really liked. totally cool, interesting avant-jazz album from mr. scatman. i was more into the weirder, like "The Misfit" and "Angels Fight", but overall really fun!
