Probably the millionth time I've had the same gripe with Anticon; "Experimental Hip-Hop" where the experiment is running away from hip-hop. Electronic croons haven't come anywhere close to the melodies he was doing over boom bap beats.
Incredibly underrated record from Dose. Maybe over-hated? However you want to spin it, it doesn't deserve a 51/100. Songs are tied well together, usually paired with sonically pleasing synth instrumentation. Dose has great lyricism too, which should come as no surprise.
Il quarto album solista di Doseone si chiama HA, ed è uscito nel 2005: in quegli anni Drucker stava vivendo uno dei periodi più prolifici della sua vita; i Subtle stavano sfornando EP e un album (A New White) come se non ci fosse un domani e il supergruppo 13 & God aveva da poco pubblicato un album.
