It's breakcore, but instead of the raw materials here being amen breaks and other dub/funk gems, it's the filthiest, most bottom of the barrel grindcore. Rotten from its inception to its execution, this record holds nothing and no one back. The most exhilarating moments materializing when Aaron spins the vomit screamo vocals and grindy drums at breakneck speeds and fucks with the pitch shift until everything's a textureless blob of white noise.
This had to have been made while on drugs. This breakcore album is super glitchy and all over the place. It uses the same tropes, but in a few very creative ways. The tempo changes are pretty stylized and random, but don't lead to complete songs. It is technically music, but it breaks a lot of rules. Overall, though, it falls short of being a great album for me because of it's many interludes and songs that go nowhere. I was somewhat interested at the start. At the start this is a hard and glitchy album with hard turns everywhere. I found it interesting and surprisingly variant. Personally, this album lacks emotion for me and balances on unlistenable/listenable rope. I find the sound to be unpleasantly inorganic. I can’t find much humanity in it and that is always unpleasant for me. The are luckily times that allow me to catch my head again and some nice build.
