Such a shame this band got forgotten through the passage of time. They are so damn good and pretty damn influencial. I mean they were playing hardcore like this in 1988 thats way ahead of the time and pretty much set the scene for a lot of the other 90s hardcore bands and NY hardcore especially. The best way to describe them is like anthrax if they leaned towards hardcore even more. Their music also has a slight urban hip hop of the 80s feel its p cool. RIP Eddie Leeway.

I started listening to Leeway sometime last year, but I decided to give them the old deep dive once I learned that Eddie Sutton passed away. Born To Expire is a hardcore punk/metal album that really set the stage for hardcore to come for a very long time.
