Weather is a beautiful yet sad album. The themes of yearning for past love really resonate with me and seem very powerful coming from Ndegeocello. I definitely want to check out some more of her work.

So wildly boring instrumentally, but boy those lyrics are all over the place, and even at time cringy, like "maybe I can be your toothbrush" gave me flashbacks to "I will never be your vegetable" line on phoebe's last record. Vocal are so bad and non distinct that I marvel at how they managed to pull both qualities off about the vocals. this record just wows me with it's layers of not good.
