Best thing Ringo has done afte The Beatles is being narrator in OG Thomas The Tank Engine.
Most of record is not written by him. There are songs written by his band mates in 60's, but they are not on their standard level. Instrumentation is not interesting. It's funny enough that we can almost consider this album the last Beatles record as a group since all four members were involved in it in some way.
Let's start with John, who gave Ringo his song «I Am The Greatest». Ringo Starr’s magnum opus and his only album I would consider great. This album is very, very fun and is very well made and written (by other people). Good job, Mr. Starr!
